Yes, this is not only possible but quite common.

Normally you have to setup some kind of remote access server in your
network, to allow clients to connect to your network. Install a VPN server
and configure it. Just make sure, that the clients which connect to your
network get proper DNS servers as they will need them for name resolution
and locating DC's.
