Hello

I have a access database for our healthsystem and came across a problem. When I open a form to create a new record, the fields are already filled with data. It use to open up blank and let us imput data and then save and close the record. When we opened it back up it was blank again, NOW it isn't. Is there a way to fix this? I don't know if there was a macro that could do that or if I have to change something else

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Open the form in design view. In View, Properties change the Data Entry
property to Yes.

Thanks for the help, but I can't seem to find where the Data Entry Property is...When I open it in the design view and then click properties...the DATA subheading has nothing under it to change....

Am I am the wrong area??
