Access 2010 somehow gets into the mode where it automatically saves changes to objects.
Not to be confused with other posts where folks want to suppress auto saving records.
Create dummy query and I cannot get past having to save it.
Modify an existing query and it auto saves it.
Modify VBA and when closing the db it auto saves the code.
Docmd.setwarnings = True does not fix it.
Neither does compact and repair.
I have to create a new database and reimport all of the objects.
Database is fine for a while then this pops up again.
Very disastrous when making temp changes and cannot back them out.
Anyone know the solution to this?
