Access 2007 Office Button contains only two commands

Hello,

When I added a network path to the trust center in Access 2007, saved,
closed then reopened the database the Office button only has two options,
Close Database and Exit Access. I have full access to the database. How do
I get the other commands to reappear? I've added network path locations to
the trust center of other 2007 Access databases and the Office button
contains all the standard commands. Any assistance is appreaciated. Thank
you.

Office button, Access option, Current database, check Full Menu and restart
your database
