Access 2007, need legal paper size

Doing a report and paper size keeps defaulting back to letter and will not
stay on legal. Why is it doing this? I've changed the page setup and the
paper source.

How did you save the settings for that report?

Try this:
Open the report
In the report tab [Pagesetup] choose the button pagesetup
Form within the following dialog choose the second tab [page]
on the tab choose your papersize
choose specific printer and select the printer you need to print it on.
now close the report and reopen it and see if that helps you in any way.

Did you call Customer Support?

I have the same problem as Becky.
Microsoft Access 2007 Report formated as
Landscape / Legal Size / Default Printer

Top Margin 0.25 ; Bottom Margin 0.25
Left Margin 0.25 ;
No matter what I do, Right Margin keeps defaulting back to 3.478"
Unable to save Right Margin as 0.25"

Any Suggestions?
