Access 2007 - Field Options in a form

I have been working with Access for a couple years. I am not a novice, but I
am far from a Pro. I am trying something new this year with forms. I want
my staff to populate a field on a form, but I want to provide a drop down
list of 3 choices so that they can only choose one of the 3. Is there an
easy way to do this?

One way,

Use a combo box. use the wizard to generate,

select the middle choice, "I will type the value I want"

Type in your three choices to the next wizard screen.

Select the field to populate with the selected choice on the next screen.

Name the Combo Box

You now have a drop down list of three choices which will populate the
selected field with the value selected from the list. You can change the
values or add to the list by adding them to the value list of the combo box
properties.

I hope this helps you a little???

Kindest regards
