Access Access 2003

Cannot print, see page setup or print preview in access2003. When you hover mouse over print icon it says no printer. The options are under the file menu, but clicking on them does nothing. Works fine in Word, Excel etc. When Office 2000 installed worked fine. Reinstalled Office 2003 but still the same. Added SP1 but made no difference.
User is using XP Tablet edition on a HP tablet.
