Access 2003 Tab Control - Back Style:Transparent doesnt work

I have a colored background and set the Back Style property (Tab Control) to
Transparent but it wont work.
 
Hi Stephen

It's likely you have themed controls turned on.

Go to Tools>Options>Forms/Reports and uncheck "Use Windows themed controls
on forms"

Note that the actual tabs bar will never be transparent.
