Access 2003 Runtime

From what I understand Visual Studio Tool for Office 2003
is required to build a runtime version of access.

Does this tool provide the ability to build a runtime
version that will work on versions of windows other than
XP?

Thanks

Only back to Win 2000 SP3. The A2003 runtime will (or might) install
on Win 95/98/ME/NT 4.0 but will give you a strange error message.

I found that the Package Wizard was very buggy.
I just purchased SAGEKEY's Access 2003 MSI Wizard
and am happier w/ the results. www.sagekey.com,
it is $425 US though. But you don't have to worry
about version issues and security / blocked message
warnings.

Thanks,
Christy.
