Installation for Access Runtime

I have bought Microsoft® Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System
Version 2003 for the only purpose of destributing runtime versions of Access
to other users in my company - do anybody know where to find a discription of
how to install the VST to be able to distribute Access runtime from my MS
Office PRO. ?

IIRC there's another directory on the VST for Office CD/DVD called
ADE.
