Access 2000 Forms: Disable Scroll Wheel through Records

Hello,

I would like to disable the scroll wheel's capability to jump between
records when using Access forms. I'm hoping to turn this function off so
that when people enter data in my forms, they do not accidentally enter
information into the wrong record on account of the mouse scroll wheel.
