Access 2000 => 2003

I know that I'm behind, but I just recently upgraded from Access 2000 to
Access 2003. I have an acces frontend with a SQL Backend. Everything seems
to work w/o a problem except for the Find function within Access.

An suggestions?

I forgot to mention what issues I'm seeing with the Find function. It works,
but a simple find that took 2 seconds with Access 2000 now takes 30 seconds
with Access 2003.
