Access 2007 - can't add new records

I'm using Access 2007 with a 2000 mdb frontend/backend. Everything worked
fine until I got Office 2007. Now I can edit records, but not add new ones.

Any ideas?

yep; there is a permissions you need to ok...it is right up front.... I had
the same thing but it was a couple months back and now am foggy on where that
is...but it was more or less right in front of one's face if you knew to look
at it...

actually permissions may not be exactly the correct term.... maybe default
is read only.... sorry can't remember but will look around....

on the ribbon is 'database tool' and in there on the right you will see
