I have a user who is accepting the changes he has made in a document but when
he emails it out to and external company they say that thet can see ALL the
changes. . He says that he cannot see the changes on the same documents.

Were using Office 2003 here

Anyone know what the issue might be?

Thanks

Jeff

Hi Jeff

I suspect he attached the document to the email and then accepted the
changes. This would update his local copy of the document but not the copy
embedded in the email.

Either that or he's confused by what "Accepting changes" means: he may have
set his View option to "Final", rather than accepting the changes. If he
did, he won't see the changes, but they have not been removed from the
document.

Cheers
