On occasion, I will be navigating back from one spot to
another on a site, and I will get a warning message that
Internet Explorer doesn't allow me to repopulate the form
without refreshing, and I get a "About Working Offline"
in the title bar of the browser. It's a real hassle
because I have to keep clicking back to get to a
functional page of some sort. Sounds like some sort of
Microsoft security "enhancement" that I either downloaded
or turned on, what is going on?
