about Windows Update website

When i visited the Windows Update website a Security warning pop-up telling
me if i want to install:

Window Update
Publisher: Microsoft Window Publisher

Is it ok to install it? Is this regarding to Window Update being change to
Microsoft Updates? need some overviews on that file that I'm about to install.

Yes it is OK.
It is not the change with Microsoft Update since Microsoft Update will not
be automatically installed.
Instead Microsoft Update is completely optional.

The update is an update to the Windows Update software.
