About the IP address

I use minlogon + custom shell and add the network(DHCP server : disable).
After FBA, I type the ipconfig /all, it list:
....
IP Address .......: fe80::200::f0ff::fe98::3b3%4
....
DNS Servers ......: 203.241.132.34
203.241.135.130
fec0::0:0:ffff::1%1
fec0::0:0:ffff::2%1
fec0::0:0:ffff::3%1

Why it appears like MAC address?
