Hi Chethan

Depending on which graphics card you have - right click on the desktop, select Properties>Settings and then click on 'Advanced'. Then click on the 'Adapter' tab and then the 'List all Modes...' button. What you do see there?

Personally, I use a small program called '1st QuickRes' which is available from http://www.greenparrots.com/?aqr - this program allows you to change the resolution without having to reboot your PC and will list all the available resolutions for your graphics card.
