Hi All

One of new hard disk format to NTFS format , but the laypout is Simple
Volume and Type is Dynamic.
After Encrypt one of folder on new hard disk, other user can view all
data on Encrypted folder.

Does Simple Volume can not prevent other user to access encrypted
directory ?

Also, When Computer Damage. How to open the Encrypted folder file ?

I assume that you are using the Encrypting File System (EFS).
Most of your questions are answered in the Microsoft Article:

"Best practices for the Encrypting File System"
<http://support.microsoft.com/kb/223316>

Pay particular attention to the paragraph "Why you must back up your
certificates" which could allow recovery should your computer crash.
