How can i enable encryption on certain files in win xp home sp2

I sthere any way to enable the file encryption in windows xp sp2 home?

It is because when i right click the item n select properties, the file
encrtyption option in advance window cannot be selected. Why is this occur?
My current hard disk is NTFS formatted.
I had tried the same way on the other partiotion, which is also cannot be
encrypted.

Nope, the encryption feature (EFS) is available under WinXP Pro only.
Since you have WinXP lite (Home), you need to install third-party
software.
