Actually, the inbound concurrent connection limits are as follows:

10 for XP Pro/Tablet/MCE
5 for XP Home
49 for SBS 2000
74 for SBS 2003
Unlimited for full Server O/Ses

The localhost, 127.0.0.1, has nothing to do with this. Xiaorun should
post back with what he is really trying to do. The inbound concurrent
connections limit refers to the limitation of how many connections can
be made to one particular computer (not how many computers) at a time.

For XP Pro/Tablet/Media Center it is 10, for Home it's 5.
does it limit connect to 127.0.0.1 ?

No, that is the local loopback address and is not subject to direct
external connections.
and
others?

What others? Please specify.
