I am using WinXP and IE6 (SP1). I downloaded some
windows media files (video) using the "save target as"
option. Now everytime I start my Earthlink (ISP) program
my Earthlink home page is replaced with, about:blank.
I reset my home page but appariently IE is not saving my
changes; anyone aware of what may be causing this. I
read about a similar problem when printing a save target
as, and getting a blank page but I cannot find anything
in the expert base about this.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated

I had the same problem. Used this fix and it worked.

SPYBOT, ADAWRE, and PEST PATROL will find and distroy this Highjacker so that it doesn't happen again, but you must first do this fix to change the setting that the virus put in your registry.
