ABNORMAL TERMINATION

WHEN I CLOSE A WORD DOCUMENT VIA THE TOOLBAR OR "X" CLOSE
OR CTL COMMAND, I GET MESSAGE ABNORMAL TERMIANTION RUNTIME
ERROR AND THE DOCUMENT CLOSES BUT I LOSE ANY CHANGES I PUT
IN SINCE THE LAST SAVE.

ANY SUGGESTIONS
