A7N8X-X AMD XP2500+ Anyone with same - similar overclocking?

I have an A7N8X-X with AMD XP2500+ and 2 512MB sticks of PC-3200
(400MHZ) memory and a 9600XT Video card.

I like the system but am disappointed I can only run the RAM single
Channel and at 333MHZ.

Anyone out there play around overclocking and get reliable
optimizations? Either in BIOS or NVidia System Utility? What's the
fastest AGP freq you've been able to reliably run? How about FSB and
memory timings?

I'd like to hear some success stories about how to squeeze out some
performance out of this thing.

Thanks!

so far I have my kids A7N8X-X,Barton 2500 and Ti4200 running at 180 mhz..
or 1983 mhz....only because I have Nanya PC2700 in it...am going to try my
OCZ ram from my system some day and see what it will do. I bumped both the
ram and core voltage up to the next closest settings and ran timing at
optimal instead of aggressive. Spread spectrum is disabled and off the top
of my head that is it.

Hi, i got the same boar but an xp 2600 1.9g barton.

I'va been able to oc that cpu to 2.2g with one stick of 400Mhz 512mb, same clock speed, one time
but it was'nt stable.

also i've notice that my system was'nt real faster than that so now it running at it's default
speed.

I run the same parts but on a A7N8X del ver 2.
I am using Micron DDR modules and they are in Dual Channel mode set to run in
sync with the CPU.
I have the 2500 OC'd to 195 without any problems.Just increased the bus speed
without changing the multiplier,stock voltages.
The AGP I locked in at 66.
I had it up to 205x11 at one point for about 12 hours but it got a little too
warm for my liking.

I have an A7N8X-X with an unlocked Barton 2500+ running at 3200+ with
one 512MB stick of PC-3200 (400MHZ) memory.

200MHz bus x 11 seems stable and runs coolish at 40C. Anything above x11
isn't so stable, but I haven't fiddled with any voltages.

No AGP card - it's a render farm machine, not for gaming.

Why? the board is only meant to single channel memory. Should have
brought the A7N8X -E deluxe for dual channel. My mate has an X and
that will run at 200Mhz maybe it's the chip you have that does not
like a faster FSB have you the possibility to try a different CPU?
