I have posted here a few times and in another discussion group. I have what
seems to be an unresolvable and mysterious problem. I installed Office 2007
3 weeks ago on a new laptop. I have two mail accts- one with my ISP and one
through my domain hosting company. Some emails, and it is arbitrrary, that
are sent from and come to my domain name, literally disappear. I can receive
and reply to an email and then an hour later the email is nowhere to be
found. I haven't deleted it. It is also not on the server even though I have
told the program to keep a copy on the server.
Nobody else uses this computer. I have tried everything. When I go to my
..pst files to download and see what is there- the file is empty. I have
checked every option I can check. I run XP and have Norton.
problem is I can't identify which msgs disappear an dwhich don't I't s
totally random. It is tough because the domain acct is my business acct and
I lose emails and have to email clients and ask them to send them back to me.
Cd there be something interfering with another program that is causing this?
Cd Norton think this is a bad email and be eliminating it? I doubt it but am
grasping. Any ideas would help. Nobody can figure this out.
