A Unique Blue Screen ERROR(None of the Fourms has info about this)

I

IgNiTE

Hey ther, Here is my computer info & I'll describe the problem.
Sony PCVRS series
WIN XP PRO V-2002 SP3
INTEL{R} Pentium{R} 4 CPU 3.20GHz w/ HyperThreading, 1.50GB RAM DDR
ATI Radeon 9200 128MB ( DVI, TV-OUT, VGA)
Alright here is the Problem.

BLUE SCREEN ERROR comes up everytime my computer tries to go to either sleep
or ScreenSavor or Standby mode. This BLUE SCREEN ERROR pops up everytime
when the computer is not used for more than 15 or so. I tried to change the
standby settings and ScreenSavor setting by getting the mins to longer and so
on.
Well When I rightclick on my Desktop & open up Properties ONly tab option
I have are THEMES, APPREANCE,& SETTINGS. There is 2 more tab options that are
missing. Well I dont know how they dissappeared Or if thats what causing the
problem. I tried to update my Vidoecard driver and So on. I read lot of
fourms on microsoft and Aumha Fourms. Well No one seems to have specific
answer for this type of problem. Sure there is lotts of solution for
bluescreen errors. but none of those are related to my problem or Atleast I
thought they werent I tried a few but didnt work. Here is the ERROR info .

No_More_IRP_STACK - (mountmgr.Sys, 0x00000035, 0xF7627164 )
unexepected_Kernel_Mode_Trap - (ati2cqg.Dll I didnt right down the #s )
No_PAGE_FOUND_IN_NONPAGE_AREA or something like that.

Everytime there is an error like that at top there is the errors name I
listed above. in the middle some memorry stuff. at the bottom of the screen
We get a File name and The 0x00000 with 3 more set of those #s.
The file Names I mentioned 2 above. Some of were VideoRPRT.Dll OR
HIDPARSE.Sys , HIDCLASS.Sys, DXGTHK.Sys Now the error # are..
0x00000035 , 0x00000000, 0x00000099, 0x0000000C, 0x00000100, So on.

Thing is These Blue screen ERRORs stay on about 10 to 20Sec. And IT reboots
it self. OR atleast it making it look like. after 20 Sec. you see that
pentium Intel
screen right when you startup, Than black WinXP screen. Than it stays
completely black for a few Secs. There comes the BLUE SCREEN ERROR again with
a Different #s and whole different File name and the whole new Error. The
thing is Between all that Any time you HIT any buttons in a Keyboard or Click
I get right back to my screen wher I left it.

If I logged off before leaving than I get to my user Log on window. But If I
was checking Email or Writing a paper or watever else Everything will be lost
and I come back to my Desktop with no programs opened or anything else. than
I can start doing my work normally than but thats only till another
bluescreen error. than its lost again.
I'm trying to get more info about the Error But it goes away Like I
mentioned above too Quickly. I'll post more Error info as I get them.

Thanks for Everything. I really need the help. I dont wanna end up Restoring
back to Factory default Again. I did that already once few weeks ago.
