A second task bar

can some one please help i want to make a second task bar on my second
moniter or extend my current on is there any way to do so

Try downloading ultramon.

it's a really good program which extends the taskbar and has loads of other
cool features.

You can also stretch the current taskbar to make the height higher, as well
as creating a new taskbar and place it on one of the sides of the desktop
not being used.

I have the Office Shortcut bar at the top as well as Windows Desktop search.
