A second email address

Excuse me please if this sounds naive, but how can I instal a second email
address? I am using Broadband with Win XP Professional. Any help would be
welcome. Thanks.
 
Just to add my 2 cents worth. Your ISP is your Internet Service Provider.
 
when you have Outlook express open click Tools/accounts.....click the mail tab
then the "add" tab.
the rest of the info that you need to enter you have to get from your ISP
