"A program is trying to access e-mail address you have stored in Outlook."

Within the past 3 weeks I started receiving the following
window whenever I try to open a new Outlook mail message
or try to reply to an email I have received:
"A program is trying to access e-mail address you have
stored in Outlook." I then must give or deny permission
fot this program to access my the address. I always deny
access. How can I locate and delete the program that is
trying to access my addresses?
