a pop-up window is blocked

when i click on a link inside a window, another window is
displayed. Th window is supose to be displayed but I get
a message "a pop-up window is blocked". How do i resolve
this problem so i don't get this error. It is causeing a
lot of problems when i try and go to web sies.

Because you have a pop-up blocker installed and it is blocking the pop-ups.

Many of the popup blockers have the option to bypass them by holding down
the Ctrl key when you click on a link.
