Your system should handle what you are doing, memory usage
is automatic and you seem to have enough.
Your problem is somewhere else where I dont know.

It is a possibility that your Video is using up all available memory. A rather remote one but a possibility. As Virtual memory and pagefile are one and the same and you have both reported as being different I suggest you go into system\advanced tab\performance-settings button\advanced tab-virtual memory-change button and then put a checkmark in "system managed" size or start off with a setting of 1500 and a top size of 5500. You have tons of memory so this shouldn't be a problem and shouldn't be happening but as video is memory intensive this may help. Was there a warning window? What did it say? Did you go into your "event viewer" in the administrative tools and look for red Xs in the logs corresponding to the time you tried to use the video? Double clicking the red Xs will open a details window that will give info you won't understand but if you post that back then others will know what it means. Good luck.
