"A Network Cable Has Been Unplugged" Message Appears at
Seemingly Random Intervals


What is the cure. ISP disconnects at the moment of
message and immediatly reconnects.

Cable isp. XP pro and home, several networked PC have
same message.
Cables were checked and changed. No change.
two reouters Lin ksys and netgear 4 port routers.
Linksys has dhcp control. AND NETGEAR'S DHCP IS
DISABLED. TRY REPLACING CROVER CABLE AND PRESENTLY USING
A STRAIGHT CABLE. sorry for ca[s.

computers don't use the same network card that the article mentions:

I have turned off the power save feature as suggested in
the nic fix but still same tbles. TIA
