A message I am trying to send won't go but I can't delete

I have got a message I am trying to send but it will not go i am trying to
send it to an education dept but it will not go and it will not let me delete
it I need to do something as i cannot send any other messages Please help

Try this Microsoft fix:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a
computer that is running Windows Vista."

That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.

Incidentally, I had difficulty deciphering your problem report because
it was one giant run-on sentence, without any punctuation.
