this is in connection to the other emai i have sent asking for help.
my friend was sending a email to me. He has got a delivery failure report
it said your document was not delivered to (me) because: host
mx4.uk.tiscali.com[212.74.100.150] said: 550
hope someone can help

That doesn't look very much like a complete error message. Can you
get all of it and include it in your next message?

Some internet providers have their mail blocked because they're often
used by spammers. Which internet provider or other email provider
is he using?
