All goes well until I try and get the headers, it connects to the server -
then it keeps popping the LOG ON window up, over and over - and no
headers??!?!?! In the logon window I see my password and my USER name. What
does it take to get it to accept these? Can I have filled something out
incorrectly?

You have to check the little box next to that, otherwise your
subscription won't proceed. Here in Italy every time you give personal
data, you have to agree to this. There is nothing to worry about it.
