A dumb Question, lol... Internet settings

When I used to open Internet explorer, the dial up link
used to automatically appear, so I could dial up..
Now since I have formatted my comp, it doesn't, &
the "couldn't establish connection" pops up straight
away..

How do I change it to make the dial up appear instead of
going manually to dial up... lol
 
Go to Control Panel | Internet Options, click the "Connections," tab and
tick "Always dial my default connection."
