a couple of problems

first....my compouter restarts itself alot
lately.....then when its back on the error msg pops up
asking to send report and when i do, unknown device
driver is said to have caused it, yet when i check, my
device manager says all is working properly....any
ideas???
second....it seems any pictures i put on my pc come dark,
even tho they are brighter when either sent to me or from
my digital cam uploaded to my pc....once they are on my
pc, they are dark.....any ideas about this too????

i have purchased enter the matrix for pc i can play it on my xp home machine
but when i get to a certain level the sound totaly cuts out and i have to
restart the game it works on my friends xp pro machine any ideas???
