a couple of problems

windows xp home edition about 2 years old
1. on the start menu i cannot get any connection to
windows update
windows catalog
help and support
or close my computer down, have to use button at back
of cpu
because i cannot get onto help and support i cannot
find out my product indentification number if i have one
as windows was pre-installed at factory.

2. unable to use disk clean up, it just freezes when ever
i try to use it.

i think that is all for the moment first time i have had
problems
