98 files to XP files

I switched from 98 to XP a month ago. When I did, I had
some files saved on a disk from 98 that included my
homework and a workshop I use for paint. I would use
Drivespace 3 to get the file but Windows tells me I need
to use Windows 98. What can I do and how can I do it?

You'll need to find a computer that's running WIn98 to read those
files.
