Hello,
I have a user that has 93,000 emails. We use Exchange 2000 w/ Outlook 2002.
I'm aware of the 2 Gb limit for OST & PST files.
How do I give him his emails offline? He says he needs all his emails dating
back to early 2001.
Is there any advantage to going to outlook 2007? What is the limits on ost
and pst file in 2007?
Is there something else I can do?
ANY help would be greatly appreciated. :)
Thank you.

You can create multiple PST's and OST's. Outlook 2003 has a considerably
larger PST that can be utilized.

Hi Kathleen,
Thank you for your reply.

How do I create multiple PST's & OST's?
Can Outlook 2007 have bigger pst files than Outlook 2003?

Thanks again.

Both OL 2003 and 2007 have practically unlimited PST file sizes.
