640 X 480 Video with XP

My mother in law is going blind but still likes to use the computer. Her old
machine died so we have replaced it with a new XP Home computer. She has a 21
inch monitor but still needs the 640 X 480 size to be able to read it.
However I can only set XP to 800 X 600 min. How can I get XP to use 640 X 480
screen resolution?

look in:

display settings
adaptor
list all modes
 
Click Start, click Control Panel, click Appearance and Themes, and then
click Display.In the Display Properties.Click the Advanced button on the
Settings tab, click the Adapter tab, and then click List all Modes.
Select the resolution, color level, and refresh rate you want.
