Can I use a 64-bit video card on a 32-bit computer?

Wasn't this asked previously? Depends on which part of the
video card you refer to as 64 bit, and which part of the
computer is referred to as 32 bit. Generally speaking if it
fits in the slot it will work.

There is one video card out now, which has 4GB of memory on the
video card. I can see the potential for problems with that.

The question is, what does the BIOS do, when setting up a memory
