6.0 high encryption

Doug

I have 6.0 but with 0 bit cypher strength for some reason.
I was told to download a high encryption version of 6.0 I
find high encryption versions on 5.5, 5.0 etc but none for
6.0? If it's important, under help it says version
6.0.2800.1106IC. Any help appreciated

Cipher Strength Appears as 0-Bit in Internet Explorer
When you click About Internet Explorer on the Help menu, the cipher strength
entry may be "0-Bit" and you may be unable to connect to secure Web sites.

Thanks - still having trouble - renamed the .dll files per
instructions - can not download IE5.5 - get a message that
a more current version is already installed and ends the
download. I did download 6.0Sp1 - no help. Any other
ideas? Is there a high encryption pack for 6.0? Thanks
again

Where did you get your IE version?

Determining Which Version of Internet Explorer You Are Using
All versions of Internet Explorer 5 that are customized with Microsoft
Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) include one of the following
strings after the version number when you click About on the Help menu:
IC = Internet Content Provider
IS = Internet Service Provider
CO = Corporate Administrator
