554 Transaction Failed - Virus detected - Outlook 2003

Since the following msg has NO headers and was 'sent' by 'System
Administrator' with a 'return address' of <System Administrator> and an
E-mail Type of SYSTEM The question: is this 'email' indeed from Outlook??
If so, why does Outlook not identify itself as the 'sender'? Both my common
SMTP servers' techs say the email is not from their servers.

The 'virus' detected is a phishing web site link I am trying to report to
the IP owner's abuse address. When this 'virus' link is removed, the email
goes thru fine, but it's hard to report a phishing attempt to an IP owner
without showing them the link to their resource.

That's just it - none - we do such radical devel that AV really gets in the
way of. We use remote products like Trend Micro 'Housecall' at scan time.
