554 SMTP synchronization error'

Can not send Emails.

Task 'POP3.airmail.net - Sending' reported error
(0x800CCC6F) : 'Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has
reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this
message, contact your server administrator or Internet
service provider (ISP). The server responded: 554 SMTP
synchronization error'


Waht is the corrective action?

What version of Outlook are you working with please ?
My first suggestion would be to verify the account configuration as detailed
in the following article:

223980 OL2000: (IMO) Error Message: "Server Response: 250 TLS, Error

If the account settings are correct I would next suggest you follow up with
your ISP to verify both account credentials and protocol requirements.
