Using Outlook 2003 I recieve the message above every time I try to send an
email to any @hotmail.com, @msn.com, and some others. It happens when I am
using my @bellsouth account, but if I use my @comcast account the error does
not appear but the message in not received by the email account I sent to.
This error appears on the McFee VirusScam Window.

You're not properly authenticating to the outgoing server of the ISP you're
using.
