cannot receive email from [email protected]

from microsoft outlook 2002, i cannot receive email for an (e-mail address removed)
account, but i can receive for a (e-mail address removed).

note that both accounts are configured the same except for the hotmail & msn
domain names.

from the internet (while in hotmail), i can send & receive emails to and
from both accounts

Free Hotmail and MSN accounts will not work on Outlook unless they were
being used on Outlook prior to September 2004. If you created the
Hotmail account after that date - you will need to pay up for the
privilege of accessing your email on Outlook
