550 relay not permitted

I recently upgraded my office 2000 to 2003. IT was working well in the
begining, but now I am having trouble sending e-mail. Everytime I try to send
e-mails I get an error "550 Relay not permitted" I have ISP connection and
runing Winows XP Pro. Please help.
 
You need to authenticate to your outgoing server. You can set this up on
the "Outgoing server" tab of your account dialog.
