5 servers; one of them the domain controller

I have 5 windows 2000 servers. When I made one of the servers
the domain controller, the other 4 servers who are logged in as
the administrator dont have permission to shut down their own server.
Does any one know a reason for this or have a solution?

Does not sound DC related but GPO related. Did you play around with the
Group Policy editor on the DC? The other servers are still in a workgroup
aren't they?
