452 too many recipients

this is thte message I get from the System Administrator: See Below:
There are also no msgs pending in my outbox so I cant resend and I dont want
to resend to persons who have already recieved the message.
Please-Help

The "too many recipients" message comes from your ISP -- you will have to
check with them to see how many contacts you can send to in a single message.
